Ventilated facades from composite panels

The ventilated facade of the building is made up of mineral wool insulation, diffusion-open foil and a top layer of composite panel anchored on an aluminum grid.

The composite panel, also called bond, consists of an aluminum alloy painted on the outside with PvdF (polyvinyl fluoride) paint and a plastic core (polyethylene). The paint is applied in several layers and provides high resistance to corrosion (formation of Al2O3) and aging.

This combination of materials gives the composite panel excellent mechanical properties such as impact resistance, high strength and low weight. It is a product designed and tested for use on building facades with excellent thermal and acoustic properties.

Formatted boards can be anchored to the underlying structure by gluing, riveting, or screwing, or the panels can be cassetted to obtain a three-dimensional effect on the facade.
