Industrial and garage doors

Industrial sectional doors ISO

ISO industrial gates are gates built on sandwich 40 mm, 60 mm or 80 mm thick sections. The core consists of polyurethane hard foam. The outer and inner walls are made of galvanized steel sheet with a thickness of 0.55 mm. The solid connection between the hard foam core and the steel plate provides a high load-bearing capacity. Breaking the thermal bridge between the outer and inner walls ensures high thermal insulation. The tongue-and-groove solution and the bandage gasket used ensures a good mutual sealing of the sections. The value of the coefficient k = 0.58 W/m2K (40 mm panels) and the degree of sound insulation R’w from approx. 25 dBA indicates high thermal and sound insulation of the sections. A highly flexible sealing profile forms the end of the gate shell on the side edges and on the lower and upper sections. Name > ISO < is adequate for these doors in every way.

ALU-Frame sectional doors

The ALU-Frame sectional door is a classic industrial door with the highest translucency. The horizontal sections connected to each other by hinges are pushed up with the help of wheels in the guide rails. High-quality frame construction creates glass fields. Insulated glazing meets standard requirements for thermal insulation and transmittance. ALU-frame door is often used in workshops, fire stations, freight warehouses, etc. – in short, everywhere where it is necessary to illuminate the object.

Industrial rollershutters

Industrial rollershutters are made of aluminum or steel profiles and are insulated with polyurethane. As with sectional doors, the drive is provided by a side industrial motor. Industrial rollershutters are suitable as an alternative to sectional industrial doors, especially where the use of sectional doors is not possible due to lack of space or inappropriate translation. A big advantage of rolling doors is their very low space requirement – when opened, the entire doors rolls onto the shaft above the door opening and does not require any additional space under the ceiling.

In the case of industrial doors, a three-phase side drive mounted on a shaft, a control unit and safety elements ensuring trouble-free and safe operation of the door while meeting all the requirements of the applicable legislation are used as standard.

Garage doors

Sectional garage doors differ from industrial doors by simpler fittings and a single-phase traction drive with amperometric protection. Rolling garage doors are driven by a tubular drive installed in the gate shaft.

Rolling grilles

Rolling grilles are a modification of a rolling door, when aluminum, steel or stainless steel mesh is used as the curtain of the door, or translucent window slats without acrylic filling are used as the armor of the door.
