PVC thermal curtains
PVC thermal curtains are used as draft screens for partitioning interior spaces with flexible partitions made of PVC strips, or for partial elimination of heat losses when the sectional or rolling door is open during loading or unloading of goods.
They can be used indoors, outdoors, or at the interface between exterior and interior. They make it possible to effectively separate heated from unheated areas, dusty operations from clean ones, noisy from quiet ones. They are used in production facilities, warehouses, to enclose machines and workplaces, they can also be placed in cooling and freezing boxes, cars and showcases, in overflow pools to separate the external and internal parts. They successfully prevent birds from flying into indoor spaces. Their use is really versatile.
PVC thermal curtains can be produced in the form of strips 300 mm wide and 3 mm thick, or 200 mm wide and 2 mm thick in a smooth or grooved design, or in a special design such as strips for welding boxes, anti-static strips, insect-repellent strips.
It is a simple and cheap solution, absolutely maintenance-free, with simple and quick installation on galvanized or stainless steel ridges anchored to the ceiling or supporting structure. PVC strips are transparent, they are usually installed with a 60% overlap, or according to the customer’s request. If necessary, damaged or worn belts can be replaced very easily.
PVC swing doors
PVC swing doors (flexible flaps) are used in the interior, especially in transitions that separate rooms of different types, but at the same time, the free movement of people or goods must be guaranteed, for example warehouse – sales area, warehouses with different temperatures, warehouses with different types of goods or materials.
